No title component - by: Marc-Antoine Du Moulin

Hi, I am trying to use your plugin for only one single page.
I use the FlexiContactPlus plugin to make forms on my website, and I need this page only to be accessible in multilanguage..

The plugin doesnt really have a title for pages, Where should I add the {lang-fr} tags?

Any way to work arround this?
